The short version

- Unboxing video is mandatory for every return and every damage claim. One clear, continuous video, from the sealed package to the product.

At La'part, we want you to love the pieces you bring home. If something isn’t quite right, our return policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.
1. Change-of-mind returns
Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if you change your mind.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in the same packaging in which it was delivered, including the original box, protective materials, tags, accessories and other packaging.
- The product must not have been altered, installed, used or damaged.
- The product must pass our quality check once received by La'part.
- A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for initiating a return.
Products not eligible for change-of-mind returns
The following products cannot be returned due to a change of mind:
- Customised, personalised or made-to-order products;
- Products marked Non-Returnable or Final Sale; and
- Products that have been used, installed, altered or damaged after delivery.
Store credit
Approved change-of-mind returns will be issued exclusively as La'part Store Credit.
No cash, bank, UPI or card refund will be provided for change-of-mind returns.
Store Credit will be issued after the returned product has been received and successfully cleared our quality inspection.
Store Credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Return shipping
La'part will arrange the return pick-up for eligible change-of-mind returns.
The applicable return shipping cost will be deducted from the Store Credit issued to the customer:
- Orders above ₹5,000: 10% of the value of the returned product(s)
- Orders of ₹5,000 or below: Standard return shipping charges applicable to the order
The product must be securely packed in the same packaging in which it was delivered before handing it over for return.
2. Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, defective, incorrect or materially different from the product ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all such claims.
The video should clearly show:
- The unopened package;
- The shipping label;
- The package being opened;
- The product and its condition immediately upon opening; and
- The original packaging and protective material.

- Your order number;
- Photographs of the product and packaging; and
- The complete unboxing video.
Once the issue is verified, La'part will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, as applicable.
No return shipping charge will be deducted where the return is due to verified damage, defect or an incorrect product supplied by La'part.
3. Quality check
All returned products are inspected once received by La'part.
A change-of-mind return will be accepted only if the product is received in its original condition and packaging and passes our quality inspection.
If a product is returned used, damaged, altered or without its original packaging, La'part reserves the right to reject the return.
